Contact information that you provide Dometic Corporation is used only for Dometic’s customer service and marketing purposes. Dometic does not sell or rent contact information to third party organizations.

When you use the Request for Information or Assistance form, we require your name, email address, state, ZIP code and country. If your request involves service or parts that would be most effectively provided by a Dometic-affiliated distributor or dealer, we will share all or part of this information so that the service can be performed for you.

If you choose to be added to Dometic Sanitation System’s email list, you will receive periodic updates about VacuFlush®, SeaLand® and Dometic products. In about 30 days, you will also receive a brief questionnaire regarding the service you experienced as a result of completing this form. This information will be used only for internal customer service and marketing purposes.

IP Addresses

Dometic compiles the IP address (location of your computer on the Internet) for administrative purposes only. We do not collect personally identifiable information through your IP address.
